Our Idea
To strengthen EPA’s reputation in the pet and family segment, we developed a one-of-a-kind creative experience as part of the “Smoke-Free Family Sundays” initiative by the Municipality of San José. The goal was to foster an emotional connection with the community, positioning EPA as a brand deeply committed to the well-being of both families and their pets.
Strategy
As a central piece of the strategy, we produced Costa Rica’s first-ever concert designed specifically for pets, featuring renowned national percussionist Carlos “Tapado” Vargas. The performance incorporated custom instruments and carefully calibrated sound levels to ensure a soothing atmosphere for animals—while offering an enjoyable experience for their humans.
This initiative positioned EPA as a leader in inclusive, family-friendly events, and solidified its presence in the community through an innovative and memorable engagement.
