Our Idea

As part of the Day of Good Deeds, a global initiative promoting acts of kindness and solidarity in over 110 countries, we celebrated a special day in Costa Rica that brought joy and positivity to the community.

Strategy

On April 18, 2018, in collaboration with EPA and the agency Pitch Media, a creative action was implemented on the Sabana-Estadio bus route in San José. On that day, passengers could board a special bus free of charge simply by offering a smile to the driver. This symbolic gesture aimed to encourage kindness and optimism among public transport users.

The activity included live music and the participation of public figures, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere. This initiative not only provided a positive experience for passengers but also highlighted the commitment of the involved organizations to social welfare and the promotion of positive values within the community.
